Very Good

We did not stay at the Hm gran Fiesta as they are doing works. We stayed at the Hm Ayron instead, however Hm gran Fiesta is less stars but the better hotel. The staff at Hm Fiesta are more welcoming and there is more to do.

Excellent hotel next to the beach..

This is my 4th visit to this lovely hotel.. location is spot on..next to the beach..terrace outdoor pool and indoor heated pools are excellent..room was very clean.. especially the first floor sea facing rooms..also there was BRUT champagne complimentary in my room..

Bathroom door wasn't working.. technician told he will repair next day..but nobody turned up..since I was a solo traveller..it didn't really bother me..

I have liked the hotel facilities (especially the bike room), my room lay-out, breakfast buffet, dinner.

A lovely and very comfortable few days away from it all.

Great location directly on the seafront of a lovely sandy beach. Nice modern contemporary hotel with excellent choice of food in the restaurant for all meals. Drinks also very reasonably priced.

Breakfast was great. Loved the vibe of the place and the gardens. Bed and pillows were super comfortable

When I asked where I could eat at 11pm at night the staff could have been a little more helpful with where to go and what would be open etc.

Excellent location

Location is perfect.. swimming pool at rooftop is amazing..also indoor heated pool was enjoyable..had an issue with the shower when I checked in.. rectified immediately and gave a complimentary champagne bottle as a token gesture..sea view room was very satisfactory..

Not much vegetarian options during breakfast.. couldn't find glasses during breakfast on both the mornings..

Hotel was very nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was lovely. Room although small was totally adequate. Views fantastic and watching sunsets amazing Really short distance to airport Good location although don't have to walk too far to areas which get really rowdy at night

Constant queueing for lifts and size of lifts. Smoking area being immediately by doors leading out meaning having to walk through clouds of smoke Lights positioned in front of mirrors - hard to get full length view Area ( not the hotel) very much geared to German tourists and would say during our stay 99% of guests and holidaymakers were German

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service

We arrived to celebrate and were very pleased with our stay. Every request we made was promptly fulfilled. The hotel has two pools: one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop, both with great views of the sea. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is just 50 meters from the sea. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. They also brought us vases upon request and congratulated us with a bottle of champagne. The lobby features a large and beautiful bar with a sea view, where they serve delicious olives as a snack, and there is live music in the evenings.

The only downside was that our bed was not clean upon arrival, but the staff quickly changed the linens at our request. :)

Excellent stay

Facilities and staff were exceptional..cleaned the room everyday..location is spot on.. bakery items in breakfast was fresh and tasty..indoor pool didn't have much crowd and water was at right temperature..sky bar view is excellent..

Could have lot more snack options in skybar..limited menu..also less vegetarian options in breakfast..

Good food, nice area

The smell from the bathroom drains were really bad at some points in the day The life guard on the outside pool would follow us and watch us really closely whenever we got in the pool, creepy.

This hotel was good value and definitely worth staying in and I definitely would go back.

- Location ideal and in a very safe /good area right across the road from a lovely beach. Little shops and nice restaurants right on their doorstep. - Helpful and professional /friendly staff even when they were busy. - A clean trendy luxe boutique styled hotel with a nice bright modern vibe. Lots of stylish decor! -Rooftop pool & bar with a fabulous view. - Great breakfast and excellent cocktails.

- The signature scent pumped through the lobby and corridors was on far too strong a setting it had me coughing at times and my eyes watering. - The Air Con didn’t work and blew hot air. It was better to have it off over this as it was only hot air. It’s considered winter still in April so they knew this. As in it wasn’t a flaw with my particular room. I felt sorry overhearing staff having to calm people down complaining about it when it was clearly outside of their control. Obviously people expect air con when it’s a listed amenity. - I had to get them to unplug my mini bar to help cool the room down as it was heating up my wardrobe somehow.

Superb hotel and would return

Could not beat the location - right across the road from the beach. The hotel was immaculate. Bedroom was perfect - could not be faulted. 3 swimming pools. Indoor was heated. Breakfast buffet was superb - great selection and limitless.

If I was to raise any issue is that there was a destinctive smell around the foyer

Great location, atmosphere, staff; but strong smell of sewage in our room. Would stay again (maybe)

- GREAT staff, always friendly and helpful - Amazing breakfast (in terms of options as well as the extended times) - Heated indoor swimming pool (perfect for cold, windy days) - Very close to the beach - Perfect sunset ;-)

- The worst aspect - and the one that motivated me to not give a higher rating - was the constant, strong smell of sewage that came from the sink and shower drains - Our AC in the room only worked for heating, not for cooling - Facilities seemed a bit outdated (e.g., the indoor swimming pool had several tiles missing) - The cleanliness of the room was not super great (for example, in our room, someone had smashed a mosquito on the wall, and it was still there...)

Great location and bars!

Lovely views, great location, the sky bar is gorgeous as well as the lobby bar. Lovely pools. Staff were helpful and it was a great stay!

The air-conditioner didn't work very well and there was a vent that blew warm air into our room making it very hot at night. We had to sleep with the balcony open to reach a comfortable temperature due to this

Beautiful hotel

Super modern and clean hotel. Lots of space! The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The spa was lovely also.

The location as mentioned I personally wasn’t too much of a fan of. It’s close to the beach and the bus stop to go into Palma (which takes 30 minutes) but the area I didn’t really like too much, but I was aware of this before booking so I knew what to expect.
